We are a small home-based business located in New Jersey. We are
able to provide attentive, individualized service to local
homeowners. We have a network of valuable resources available to us
nationwide. Our focus is on providing a winning situation for all
parties involved. We are a positive-minded, honest, and ethical
organization that can provide very creative solutions. All we ask
is that you give us the same respect and honesty in return. We have
accumulated a lot of knowledge pertaining to real estate dilemmas.
We enjoy a good challenge and take pride in our ability to provide
solutions. If we cannot provide a solution we will tell you so up
front. We are not in the business of misleading people or wasting
anybody's time. If you just have a house to sell, then call us. If
you have a real estate dilemma that seems too overwhelming to manage
give us a call as well. We are great listeners, and within 24 hours
we will be able to tell you if there is anything we can do for you!

Most importantly, we keep your priorities in mind, if it is possible to help you keep your house, and that is what you want, we can facilitate that for you as well. Everybody gets thrown a curve every once in a while, but if you have the perseverance to "bounce back", then we can put a plan in place to make it possible for you to keep your house (even when the bank says "no") and your sanity as well.
We deal with just about any real estate situation,
however our focus is on Foreclosure situations. You could be ALMOST
one month behind in your payments or about to go to auction and we
can help, it doesn't matter. We understand the process and the
psychology of the homeowner. Sometimes your feelings are simply a
result of not understanding the situation. You will feel empowered
to be in contact with someone who knows the process and is working
for you to find a solution. We know what is realistic in terms of
expectations and we will be upfront with you about that. It doesn't
do anybody any good to mislead you or give you false hope for a
certain end result. We want to work with you to solve your problem
and then we want you to refer us to your friends who may have
